Pope Francis and One World Religion Fears

Pope’s First Visit to Israel

With Pope Francis’ visit to the Holy Land, conspiracy theory rumors are emerging. The one I keep getting asked about: “Is the Pope ready anytime soon to call for one world religion?” For example:

Mr. Tim, I was wondering what you thought of the Pope visiting Israel. Some people say he’s forming a one world religion, everyone seems to look up at him, and he’s visiting Israel now about a month after the first blood moon. Is this significant? Please help me with this question.

Here’s my reply to these concerns:

Blood Moons?

First, regarding the “four blood moons,” I have to point out once again that they mean absolutely nothing prophetically as I explain in these articles:

“One World Religion?”

That out of the way, people already have their own preferences on what to believe or not believe such as atheism, budhism, hinduism, Islam, etc. We need to understand that nobody is going to accept a one world religion until its forced on them. Even if the most popular religious figure in the world, the pope, advocates for it.

Bible prophecy tells us that a one world religion is coming and what it will be. It will be worship of the Beast or Antichrist as God himself(Rev 13; 2Th 2:4). It also confirms it comes only when he takes over the world and the false prophet does signs convincing the world he is God to be worshiped. He only takes over the world once Wormwood comes and devastates everything.

Therefore, I would not worry about what the Pope does either in Israel or anywhere else today. While he may indeed be the last pope who becomes the False Prophet, he is not that in that role yet. He will not fill that role until the Beast rises to take over the world and makes him his prophet. Until then, his influence, although notable, is highly limited in comparison to what it will be when he convinces the world to worship the Beast through signs and wonders.

Hope that settles everyone’s mind on the Pope and his actions in Israel being a sign of the end. I encourage everyone to review once again the one sign of the end that Jesus gave and wait for only that and don’t fall for any other signs you hear about from sources other than Jesus.
4 Blood Moons of Tribulation 2014-2015? Mark Biltz Theory Debunked

Street Healing Videos of Todd White and Pete Cabrera

A reader emailed me this week about his recent exposure to “street healing.” This is be the practice of operating in divine healing on strangers encountered in public who need healing. This is in contrast to typical venues of divine healing such as churches, healing revivals, and other meetings populated by Christians. I discovered this movement in 2011 after I broke my collarbone and searched online for healing ministers to help and discovered the healers named below. There are some great stories and testimonies among street healers of healing of non-believers, Muslims, even witches. If you watch these stories, it may change the way you think about God and his love for everyone.

This first video explains street healing, how it works and how to get started in it (and has the most remarkable reaction to a healing I’ve ever seen at 4:15-5:15):

Todd White

Tim,

Thought these might interest you.

Todd White, Pete Cabrera and Tom Fisher are probably the best known street healers. I also have Praying Medic’s book. I’ve read many books on healing, since about 1988. His is the very best that I’ve read.

I went to the Power and Love Conference 2 weeks ago led primarily by Todd White: 3 sessions per day for 3 days. People came from as far away as North Dakota. Between sessions, people were going to various shopping centers, malls, Books-a-Million, Subway, out on the streets, you name it and healing people. They lined up for testimonies before the next sessions began. There were so many people with so many testimonies of healings on the streets, that they had to cut the testimonies far short each time, because they would have taken up too much of the Session Times.

I now have about a 75% success rate at healing. The “patient” needs no faith; only the “healer.”

I teach a lot of Indian students on my job. A Hindu girl was healed in my office of a migraine she had been suffering from for about four days, with no relief from going to the doctor. The highest pain level in those four days was about a 9. She came to my office with about a 6. The pain was totally gone in about 5 minutes. She has used the term, “Praise the Lord!” with me twice since then and also has said, “I feel so blessed!”

Having had little experience up to that point, Jesus healed four people through me in one day: two in a medicaid office who were the only people who raised their hands for healing, out of about 20 in the office. I always try to get the patient to quantify the pain. On a scale of 0-10, a guy had a pain level of 10, a lady, a level of 6. After about 5 minutes with each of them, they were down to ZERO! Hallelujah! The lady was so shocked and thankful, she started to cry.

The third person that day, relieved of pain was a young girl wheeled into “Emergency” at a hospital, screaming at the top of her lungs, because of the pain in her stomach. I laid hands on her and she fell asleep twice, awaking with less pain each time.

A fourth person was a cashier in a BP station. She had a migraine that was healed in about 3-4 minutes. She is a naturally very pessimistic person, always complaining about something when I come in. After her pain level went down to zero, she looked me in the eye and exclaimed, “YEAH, IT’S GONE! BUT, IT’LL BE BACK!!!”

Street Healing does not involve any charismatic “spooky dookey”; just straight forward healing by Authority from Jesus and the command of the “healer.” Of course, Jesus is the REAL Healer and the Great Physician.

Jesus’ Coming: How Much CAN We Know (without “Knowing the Day or Hour”)

A question came up when I taught on Bible prophecy at a local church recently. I was speaking to the youth group – the teens – and one outspoken goth-styled girl was surprisingly confrontational with me.

I had been giving an overview of what end time events are ahead before the rapture. To avoid leaving them with any unnecessary anxiety, I made it a point to finish the talk by reassuring my young audience that all signs – or the lack of any of the real ones given by Jesus – point to Jesus not coming back any year soon. This meant time for teenagers like them to finish their education, get married and start a family.

In the Q&A session afterwards, this girl tore into me saying, “you can’t say that because no man knows the day or hour. You’re saying you know the day or hour!” It’s an objection I have heard countless times, but never in person nor so boldly. Her demeanor surprised me because this was my first time speaking there and the rest of the church youth were more shy and respectful.

Keeping my cool, I did my best to defuse the situation by smiling and calmly explaining a few points to back up my statement. I shared basic facts from prophecy that made my statement possible without knowing the time Jesus would come exactly–something I indeed do not claim to know.

So, what exactly did I point out to her? Read on to find out and understand what we can know about timing today and why faithful believers won’t stay in the dark about when Jesus is coming forever

1500 Year Old Bible Says Jesus Was Not Crucified?

1500 Year Old Bible Says Jesus Was Not Crucified

If you want a provocative headline that inspires worry in Christians, then that news headline will do it. Since that news came out, I’ve had several readers ask for my opinion. What I have told them is the following:

From what I understand it is the Gospel of Barnabas in that Bible from that the claim that Jesus Christ was crucified is based on. I came across this comment on that, “The Gospel of Barnabas is well known – the 1st copies date from the 12th to 14th Centuries, and it’s a forgery. As Mr. Gold points out, the script pictured above is Arabic, placing it towards the 14th Century ( those from the 12th are written in Spanish).”

In other words, just because a Bible version includes an extra book does not mean that book is Scripture or even authored by who it is claimed to. I have not found a single pseudepigraphical book yet (including Barnabas) that belongs in the Bible as Scripture with the rest of the books.

If you search there are many articles explaining why this Bible is nothing that should shake your faith. For example:

Gospel of Barnabas Fake?

Hope this helps.

Can Christians Fight For Their Country?

An interesting question I received that brings up some uncommon thoughts I have which I think would benefit many Christians I come in contact with:
Dear Tim,

There are very few people I respect as I do you, which is the reason I’m asking you this question.  I’ll try to keep it short.

Without trying to prove everything here is the premise:

By virtue of immense wealth, a small number of people control most of the money in the world. (Illuminati)

They pool their resources for hundreds of years in a satanic plot to cause as much chaos as possible, with the ultimate goal of installing Satan as the world’s leader.

Through their power they install an American president, who is not even an American, and continuously lies to Americans, and breaks American law,   (I’ll call him barack obama)

Because he is a traitor to America, he sells America to the Chinese to give them an official reason to invade America.

Just for the sake of this question, please accept this premise-

Question: Is it, or is it not, morally correct to fight the invading forces using lethal means, according to the bible?  Or should we as Christians accept the rape and murder and pillage?

I sincerely thank you Tim, because I respect your opinion.

Biblical Pacifism?

The Bible, including Jesus (Lk 22:36), does not teach pacifism. Going to war was even commanded by God multiple times to ancient Israel. Therefore, it’s not forbidden to fight to defend your country against invaders in a time of war. (Killing when it is not war is murder as David commented about Joab’s revenge against the person who killed his brother in the battle – 1Kg 2:5).

That said, God commanding a whole secular nation to go to war is different than individual servants of God in a wicked nation electing to go to war. It’s their decision unless they are drafted. When I hear Christians get political, hate on their current administration or demonize the liberals, I do not understand it considering Jesus’ example.

Jesus Avoided Such Causes

Jesus was living under pagan Roman occupation. There was plenty of pagan idol worship, homosexuality, pedophilia practiced for him to rail against. Yet even when baited to say something political (in the case of the temple tax question), he declined and turned the opportunity into a way to emphasize serving God (“render unto Caesar…render unto God…”.

Jesus went about his father’s business of the kingdom. His food was to do work of God, spreading the Good News of the Kingdom. He’s  our example. Note that I’m not saying it’s wrong to be involved in politics or express opinions or even dislike for the other camp. I’m saying if you are one of the few today who know and practice  Jesus’ message about love for all and serving others being a light to them (how many even Christians do that?), these good causes or efforts can end up being a distraction from a higher or better calling and cause of service for God.

How to Tell When An Event is God Speaking …or Just an Event

Here we are now past the first of the four 2014-2015 blood moon lunar eclipses that John Hagee and Mark Biltz have been promoting so much. Many wonder if “something” happened like was expected. Some blood moon proponents answer that Ukraine’s invasion and the persecution of the Jews there could be what the blood moons were warning about.

Yet doesn’t something always happen somewhere in the world, without any blood moons to accompany them? More specifically, Jesus predicted “wars and rumors of wars” (Mt 24:6) would continue until his coming. The Old Testament prophets predicted antisemitism for Israel after their exile (Dt 28:37; Jr 24:9; 44:8).

Are we really supposed to believe that the wars and antisemitism which happen all the time on their own are related to eclipses in the sky which also happen naturally on their own. Or that Ukraine would not have been invaded had the 2014-15 tetrad not been there to witness it?

When it’s put that way, doesn’t the tetrad theory seem kind of arbitrary and forced?

Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not here to tell you God does not use heavenly signs. He has (Star of Bethlehem) and he can again. However, the biblical pattern of how God communicates warnings to the general public shows God consistently using something less technical and esoteric then lights in the sky.

Read on to find out how God has always warned and instructed his people without requiring them to watch the sky or listen to speculation…
