It seems to make perfect sense to me that the US presence IN Iraq, the sheer size of the embassy that we are building in that country, could be Mystery Babylon.

Bible codes are not nearly as reliable or interesting as the plain literal words of Daniel and Revelation which tells us the answer to your question. I wrote my book Know the Future to answer the very question you pose: if there is no pretrib rapture, what is God’s plan for his servants to escape what is predicted and where is the escape? The answer is not something you’ll ever here in Christian churches but is verifiable from the plain words of the Bible if you put all the verses together that the pretribbers ignore. I have read your explaination of the Book of Revelation, the ” wormwood” in particular. There are Bible codes that
supplement and foretold the futuristic events of the comets

There are speculation or interpretation of the “Mysterious
Babylon” as being USA of America or simply New York City.
My question is: How can the US citizens or New Yorkers escape the impending judgement that will fall upon the majority part of USA and New York City ? Where are some
of the places for seeking shelters or escape to ?

I believe that we live end times for:

8:10 And the third angel sounded, and there fell a great star from heaven, burning as it were a lamp, and it fell upon the third part of the rivers, and upon the fountains of waters; 8:11 And the name of the star is called Wormwood: and the third part of the waters became wormwood; and many men died of the waters, because they were made bitter.

Wormwood is Chernobyl (nik) in Russian.
This gives us a date to start from : April 26, 1986.
Before we reach:

10:6 And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer:

There are a lot of events to take place.
I would think time frame from now on is in decades … a few of them.

A better question is how does USA fulfill this: “And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth.”

But America easily can be pinned for all the land for peace deals and Oslo arming of the non-peace-partner P.A. enabling the Intifada and death of thousands of Israelis.

Well remember in revalations it says “Myster Babylon” like tim said, so that should be a major clue that its obviously not the original babylon of old or else that wouldn’t be much of a mystery lol.

I don’t know what y’all think about Theomatics, but the “United States of America” in greek is “Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες της Αμερικής”. In Theomatics that equals 2760. In Revelation 18 “Babylon the Great” is “babulwn h megalh” its value is 1380, exactly half of “United States of America”. Interesting if you believe Theomatics.

I also noticed that in Revelations, Babylon is mentioned 6 times and is always refered to as “Great”. Anywhere else that it is mentioned in the New Testament it’s never refered to as “Great”. So that might be the hint that it is different from the old Babylon.

But the actual city of Babylon still stands. Check the link that I put on my previous post.

A big clue to the identity of Mystery Babylon is right in the name: “mystery”. Its identity is a mystery and thus cannot be literal Babylon.

The other thing that disqualifies Iraq is that Mystery Babylon is said to have a deep sea water port so the ships can approach with their goods to deliver at the harbor but have to turn away seeing her burn (Rev 18). As you approach New York City to enter the port, you see the word “Babylon” written on a sign because it is the name of a city that Jews populated and named! There are many other points that only America with NYC literally fit
