What the 66% Who Believe Jesus Will Return in 2007 Don't Know But Should...

An Ipsos poll says that 25 percent of adults believe it is at least somewhat likely that Jesus Christ will return to Earth in 2007. Of white evangelical Christian adults it's 66%. Want to know why Jesus won't come in 2007, before most find out in Jan 1, 2008? Read Featured Article

I wrote a new article on my main website to demystify what this odd-sounding phrase refers to: What is the Image of the Beast

  1. Stephen Says:

Real ID and soon other countries already existing ID cards will REQUIRE a “RIGHT HAND” and “FOREHEAD/RETINA” Scan (i.e. Biometric) This scan creates a unique “MARK” that associates that person with the “SYSTEM” of COMMERCE. PERIOD. What is wrong with doing this? The Jews quote a prayer that “binds the Torah to thy right hand and to they forehead” The significance of this is that THE WORD is JESUS. JESUS IS THE LAMB. THE LAMBS BLOOD WAS TO BE APPLIED TO THE DOORPOST (Forhead) OR SIDEPOST (Right Hand) of the door to their house (TEMPLE)so the death angel would pass when in exile in Egypt. You cannot serve both God and Mammon. PERIOD. We will soon be forced to either identify ourselves with the system or with God. CHOOSE TODAY WHOM YOU WILL SERVE. (If there is any conviction or unrest in your spirit when they ask you for this scan or else - when in doubt say NO)

BTW - the word in Greek for “Forehead” is METAUPON which translates literally “in the midst of the eye” Isn’t it also interesting that ALL INFRASTRUCTURE WITH REAL ID AND VARIOUS OTHER LEGISLATION IN OTHER COUNTRIES CALLS FOR MANDATORY RIGHT HAND AND FOREHEAD/RETINA SCANS?

  2. Stephen Says:

REGARDING THE IMAGE - you have heard it said that the “image” is a statue. Well, think about this - the image in Revelation 13 has two characteristics.
    1) It can speak (i.e. communicate)
    2) It can kill (anyone who doesn’t WORSHIP the beast)
RFID tags have been thought to be the mark however, I believe the mark to be the biometric scan and assignment of a unique pin identifier. WHERE RFID tags MIGHT come into play here is as an image. THE TEMPLE IS NOT A REBUILT BUILDING. IT IS YOUR BODY. JESUS INDICATED THIS WHEN HE SAID DESTROY THIS TEMPLE (his body) AND IN THREE DAYS I’LL RAISE IT UP AGAIN. Once biometrics have become mandatory for national ID purposes the next step will be to get rid of a card that can be lost and integrate an implantable chip (i.e. RFID)
    COULD THIS BE THE IMAGE?
    YES!
    WHY?
Because RFID can both SPEAK and KILL. BY definition and image is anything that facilitates the communication (SPEAK - receives and sends messages wirelessly) of an idea, thing, person, place, thing, concept, transaction.
RFID can also kill by emitting radiation to any rebellious persons who do not comply once implanted with the chip. The chip can also be turned off making you a non-citizen or prisoner.
JUST A THOUGHT AND MUCH MORE LIKELY THAN A TALKING STATUE THAT IS SITTING IN A BUILDING SOMEWHERE IN ISRAEL.

  3. Tim McHyde Says:

You might think it more likely, but the question is not that but what fits the literal Biblical text better without twisting it.

The Antichrist will sit in the temple declaring himself God. This and other passages require a Third Temple which the Jews reportedly already have prefabbed including the furnishings and sequestered Levitical priests and their garments.

An ID card is not an abomination to God. But an idolatrous statue is, which the abomination of desolation referred to in its first, past fulfillment. Since we’re told in Revelation 13 that the False Prophet will command a statue be made of the Beast, there is little doubt the next abomination of desolation will be a statue animated through dark spirits.
